Report through GitHub
Open a code report. You will need a GitHub account. Reports and attachments are publicly visible.
- The exact code and the page where you found the problem.
- The exact game response, your test date and device type.
- Whether you had already redeemed it.
- A public announcement URL if you are reporting a new code or an expiry.
For a site correction unrelated to a code, open a general issue. Never include passwords, two-factor codes, recovery information or payment details. We cannot recover Roblox accounts or issue rewards.
